Vibrational State Self-Clearing Method

 

The Vibrational State is an easy method for daily energy cleansing. This simple technique effectively clears your body and energy fields of non-optimal energies. It also clears unhealthy influences picked up from your environment or other people and allows you to protect yourself in the moment as needed.

You don’t need to be able to visualize in order to do this. Just by moving your attention the energy effect will occur. If visual imagery follows, that is fine, but not required.

The Vibrational State is best learned standing up.

If standing is not easeful, it can also be learned effectively sitting or laying down.

Instructions:

  1. Stand up. (Or, if you cannot stand, find a position that is comfortable for you.)
  2. Put your attention on the top of your head.
  3. At a slow pace, move your attention down through your body to the bottom of your feet.
  4. Upon reaching your feet, take some time to move your attention back up to the top of your head.
  5. At a pace that feels comfortable, continue going back and forth between the top of your head and the bottom of your feet another 3-6 times.
  6. Begin to accelerate the pace, moving faster and faster.
  7. Accelerate it to the rate that it is so fast that it is everywhere at the same time – a superfast high-vibrational field.
  8. Extend the vibrational field to a foot above your head and a foot below your feet. (If you use the metric system, this would be one-third meter above and below your body.)
  9. Expand the vibrational field so that it is three feet in diameter around your body. (If you use the metric system, this would be a meter in diameter.) Thus it becomes a column of high-vibrational energy moving through and surrounding your body.
  10. Continue generating this column of high-vibrational energetic field through and around your body, as intensely as you can, for a few minutes.
  11. Then relax. And take a few breaths.
  12. Practice turning it on and off, in its fully developed state, as a column moving through and surrounding your body.

Do this daily so that you cleanse your energy system regularly. Doing it while in the shower is a good time.

Turn it on whenever you feel off, drained, negative, or any non-optimal state. You will usually feel much better! With practice you will be able to turn it on at any time, in any bodily position, without anyone knowing what you are doing. Use it to keep your energy clear and to protect and clear yourself at any time.
