Comprehensive “Soul” Retrieval
After ending a close relationship with someone, aspects of your energy can remain with them and need to be retrieved. Similarly, aspects of their energy may be in you and need to be given back to them.
The pain after a breakup can be caused by this misplaced energy. It can be good to do this with all of your past relationships to make sure there is no forgotten misplaced energy. This can be any kind of close relationship that is over or has radically changed.
You will be commanding the energy to return to its origin. Do this as a comprehensive command. Or focus on each type of energy in turn. Do until there is no longer an effect from doing the command and it feels done.
